Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice of your appointment, can be issued a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 to 2 hours’ notice of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or rescheduling made within 2 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Running late for the appointment, we will continue to hold your time slot for the session.
